Call for Speakers & Posters

We’re seeking dynamic and engaging speakers and poster posters for our 2025 Annual Conference, “From Cocoon to Wings: Celebrating Change,” taking place October 28-29, 2025, at the Gateway Hotel & Conference Center. This year’s conference will explore the transformative power of change within our profession, focusing on key themes:
C – Collaboration: Strengthening teamwork in healthcare and policy
H – Healthcare Advocacy: Elevating the nursing voice in legislation and reform
A – Advancement: Embracing innovation and professional development for the future of nursing
N – Nurse Leadership: Empowering nurses to lead in practice as a change agent
G – Growth: Developing the nursing workforce and fostering resilience
E – Excellence: Striving for high-quality patient care and professional success

We invite you to submit a speaker proposal that aligns with these themes and offers valuable knowledge and perspectives to our attendees. This is your opportunity to connect with fellow nurses, share your expertise, and contribute to the vibrant transformation within our field. Click here to submit.

Poster Presentations

Poster submissions are open to all nursing professionals and students. We welcome submissions in the following categories:

  • Research
  • Quality Improvement – pilot projects, clinical innovations, or change initiatives
  • Informational

Submission Deadline: All applications must be submitted electronically by October 1, 2025.
