The results of the 2024 nursing trends and salary survey are in. We asked clinical nurses and nurse managers to provide us with feedback about various topics, including staffing, workplace violence, and job satisfaction. Notably, respondents reported fewer workplace assaults but more dissatisfaction with the outcomes when they reported the events. One nurse said, “Actions speak louder than words. Telling us you care while doing nothing about what has occurred or even fully recognizing it tells us you care about politics more than people.”
