Strengthen Nursing’s Voice—Support FNPAC This Election Year

By: Florida Nurses Association

Nurses understand better than anyone how decisions made in Tallahassee directly impact patient care, workplace safety, and the future of the profession. That’s why supporting the Florida Nurses Political Action Committee (FNPAC) is more important than ever—especially in an election year.

FNPAC is focused exclusively on candidates for the Florida Legislature. These are the leaders who introduce, debate, and vote on legislation affecting nursing practice, health care access, public health funding, and working conditions across the state. By endorsing and supporting candidates who understand and value the nursing perspective, FNPAC ensures that nurses have a strong, credible voice where it matters most.

Election years are pivotal. The choices made at the ballot box will shape health care policy in Florida for years to come. Contributions to FNPAC help elect legislators who listen to nurses, respect their expertise, and champion policies that protect both patients and the nursing workforce.

Donating to FNPAC is a powerful way to turn professional advocacy into legislative action. When nurses invest together in nurse-informed leadership, we strengthen our influence, protect our profession, and help build a healthier Florida—one election at a time.
