MNA District Highlights | March 2026

District 7 Highlights of 2025 (Last Quarter):

District 7 held a meeting on November 18th and has the next meeting scheduled for January 13th. At the fall meeting (November 18th), a dinner meeting at Buontempos Brothers in Bel Air, MD, D7 business was discussed as well as election results and volunteer opportunities. D7 presented the MNA leadership award to Mackenzie Cogdill, Harford Community College ADN student, at the December 17th Harford Community College Nursing Program. 

(Above) The quarterly Adopt-a-Road Tollgate Road cleanup took place on December 7th, 2025. District 7 has been supporting the community by cleaning S. Tollgate Road in Bel Air, MD quarterly. n

District 9 News 

On November 8, 2025, District 9 hosted its annual fall brunch, Fall into Wellness, at CalvertHealth Medical Center, with catering provided by Dream Weaver’s. The event featured engaging presentations by Maricon Dans, representing the ANCC Pathway to Excellence® Operations team, and Dr. Mariana Capati, Treasurer of MNA  District 9. Together, they presented on professional well-being and the newly introduced ANCC Well-Being credential. The brunch also included the installation of District 9’s newly elected officers. The event concluded with networking, meaningful conversation, and door prize giveaways.
