The Annual Meeting of SCNA will take place on October 23, 2025, at 5:45PM. The meeting will take place at the Sonesta Resort Hilton Head Island, in Hilton Head SC. All members are welcome and encouraged to attend. There is no cost to attend the Annual Meeting. Actions of the Annual Meeting will include the annual reports to the membership of the Board of Directors of SCNA and the announcement of the 2025 election results.  All SCNA/ANA and SCNA-Only members who meet the qualification to vote and attend the Annual Meeting may vote during that meeting. There is no proxy voting. The qualification is membership in SCNA/ANA or SCNA-Only as of October 22, 2025, and continue to hold membership after that date.

Resolutions

The official call for resolutions was made in March issue of the SC Nurse. Resolutions must have been received by May 1, 2025. Any proposed Resolutions will be posted to https://www.scnurses.org/page/2025AnnualMeeting
