Early Career Conference: Thriving in Your First Years of Practice

The FNA Early Career Conference will take place on June 6, 2026 at Hotel Indigo Celebration Pointe in Gainesville, offering a dynamic, one-day professional development experience designed specifically for nurses in their first years of practice.

This event focuses on building confidence, strengthening clinical skills, and supporting the transition into practice. Attendees will gain practical strategies for managing clinical responsibilities, explore career development opportunities, and connect with peers and experienced nurse leaders from across the state. 

The conference also features interactive learning experiences, including hands-on clinical scenarios and team-based challenges, along with sessions on leadership, organization, and professional growth.

12th Annual FNA Nursing Research and Evidence-Based Practice Conference

Join the Florida Nurses Association on Saturday, July 25, 2026, at Harry P. Leu Gardens in Orlando for the 12th Annual Nursing Research and Evidence-Based Practice Conference. This annual event brings together nurses from across Florida to share research, evidence-based practice initiatives, and innovative projects that are advancing patient care and professional practice.

Through podium and poster presentations, attendees will explore how nurses in academic, clinical, and community settings are using evidence to improve outcomes and strengthen the profession. Nurses and nursing students are also encouraged to participate by attending, networking, and sharing their work.

Clinical Excellence Conference: Celebrating the Impact of Nursing

The Florida Nurses Association Clinical Excellence Conference returns on Friday, October 2, at Harry P. Leu Gardens in Orlando—offering a powerful and inspiring platform to explore the dynamic nature of nursing and the many ways nurses impact the lives of their patients.
