2024 Accomplishments

  • Held 5 full committee meetings from November 22, 2023 through June 17, 2024.
  • Updated policy and procedure for making amendments to the ANA-OHIO Bylaws.
  • Received and reviewed proposed Bylaws amendments from various committees of ANA-OHIO.
  • Worked with committees of ANA-OHIO to get agreement on language for proposed Bylaws amendments.
  • Submitted draft proposed Bylaws to ANA Committee on Bylaws for review (found to be congruent with ANA Bylaws).
  • Informed ANA-Ohio membership of proposed amendments to the bylaws in June 2024.

2025 Goals

  1. Develop amendments to the ANA-Ohio Bylaws as recommended by the ANA Committee on Bylaws by December 31, 2024.
  2. Review amendments to the ANA-Ohio Bylaws received from members/committees of ANA-Ohio by February 1, 2025.
  3. Review current ANA-Ohio Bylaws for necessary changes by February 10, 2025.
  4. Propose any necessary amendments to the ANA-Ohio Bylaws by February 15, 2025.
  5. Send all proposed amendments to the ANA-Ohio Bylaws to the ANA-Ohio membership in June.
