The 2 Bylaw Amendments all received voters approval. Below are the changes approved that will be replaced in the NNA bylaws for 2024:

AMENDMENT 1: ARTICLE VI, Section 7

To be eligible to serve on the Board of Directors, a person shall:
a. hold current individual membership in ANA/NNA.
b. not concurrently serve as an officer or director of another organization if such participation might result in a conflict of interest with NNA.

AMENDMENT 2; ARTICLE VI, Section 9, subsection e

The treasurer of NNA shall:
1. be responsible for monitoring the fiscal affairs of the association and shall review reports provided by the MSD Finance Director then provide reports and interpretation of NNA’s financial condition to the NNA Annual Membership Meeting, the Board of Directors, and the membership; and
2. oversee the development of the NNA budget with the MSD Finance Director and reviewed by the Governance, Finances, and Membership Committee; and
3. assume other duties as assigned by the Board of Directors.

Need to update your contact information? This is a great time to keep your ANA-NNA account information up to date, so you dont miss our information getting to you. Here are a couple of ways to check your account:

We highly recommend using a personal email address as many organizations have significant firewalls that may put our communication in your spam folder. If you do use a work email- please add us to your list of Safe Senders.

Membership Auto Renewal is super easy. It can be set up as a monthly withdrawal or an annual withdrawal. This can be by checking account or a credit card. We are recommending using a checking account because this has no expiration date like a credit card does unless you are better at remembering than I am to update every auto payment I have when my credit card expiration date changes.
