With the theme “The Power of Maryland Nurses: Advancing Health, Honoring Service, Celebrating America 250,” the event will spotlight the leadership and lasting contributions of Maryland nurses as the nation commemorates “America 250”.

Held October 8–9, 2026, at the Maritime Conference Center in Linthicum, the convention will bring nurses together for two days of learning, inspiration, and celebration. The Convention Committee includes Dr. Nayna Philipsen, Dr. Lou Bartolo, Dr. Rebecca Wiseman, Dr. Jeannie Seifarth, Bijoy Mahanti, and Dausha White, supported by MNA staff Dr. Barbara Biedrzycki and Ron Santana.

The committee is designing a convention that will:

  • Honor the legacy and service of Maryland nurses

Registration is open, and nurses are invited to submit abstracts for 20‑ or 60‑minute podium presentations and poster presentations. Details and early‑registration discounts are available at  123RD Annual Convention – Maryland Nurses Association

Attendees will earn continuing education contact hours, participate in thought‑provoking sessions, and explore innovative strategies that elevate practice and advance health statewide. The convention also offers exceptional opportunities for networking, collaboration, and fellowship.
