Member Proposals Matter in the New Era
Some of MNA’s most meaningful initiatives began because a member stepped forward with an idea. Member proposals help us identify gaps, elevate new issues, and build programs that resonate with nurses across Maryland.
If you have an idea that could benefit nurses, improve practice, or strengthen our statewide voice, I encourage you to bring it forward. And if you are unsure how to begin, you are not alone because MNA staff can help you draft and refine your proposal to the Board. Whether you need assistance with structure, language, or alignment with MNA priorities, we are here to support you.
