2024 Accomplishments

• 501(c)6 tax exempt status achieved from IRS – effective back to June 2, 2023.
• ANA-Ohio Form 990 IRS first tax return submitted.
• Prepared FY 2024-25 Budget including reserve funds for Board approval.
• Ngage contract for management services and our new ED.
• Policy statement approved by Board of Directors: Sponsorships, Exhibitors, Advertising and Donations.

2025 Goals

1. Grow revenues, particularly non-dues source.
2. Draft and monitor approved budget.
3. Monitor contracts.
4. Succession planning for committee chair, treasurer and members.
5. Implement changes recommended by CPA following first fiscal review.
