ANA–Michigan invites nurses at every stage of practice to participate in its 2026 Virtual Town Hall Series, Driving Nursing Excellence: Best Practices from Michigan Magnet® Organizations. Free and open to all nurses, this interactive Town Hall will spotlight the work of Magnet®‑recognized hospitals that are leading innovation in clinical practice, research, and quality improvement.

The virtual session will feature a series of brief, high‑impact presentations from nursing leaders and teams across Michigan. Presenters will share current research studies, evidence‑based practice (EBP) initiatives, and quality improvement (QI) projects that are advancing patient outcomes and strengthening professional nursing practice. Each presentation will highlight project goals, methodology, outcomes, and key lessons learned, offering practical insights that can be applied across a wide range of care settings.

Designed as a collaborative learning forum, the Town Hall emphasizes knowledge‑sharing and peer‑to‑peer dialogue. Attendees will have the opportunity to explore real‑world examples of how Magnet principles are operationalized at the bedside and at the system level—supporting a culture of inquiry, continuous improvement, and nursing excellence.

Whether you are leading organizational change, managing EBP or QI initiatives, mentoring colleagues, or seeking inspiration for future projects, this Town Hall provides meaningful opportunities to learn from peers and exchange strategies that drive impact. The session also celebrates the collective contributions of Michigan nurses and Magnet organizations committed to advancing care quality and professional practice.
