Every June, leaders from the American Nurses Association’s (ANA) constituent and state nurses associations (C/SNA) and organizational affiliates (OA) gather in Washington, DC, to conduct the business of the association and help shape the future of nursing practice. This annual Membership Assembly meeting, along with ANA Hill Day held the day before, are among the most inspiring events I attend as ANA president.
