The Center for Devices and Radiological Health, part of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), has launched a new program designed to look more closely at medical device use and the health of women (HoW). Goals of HoW include improving the consistent, and communication of information to patients and providers that is specific to women’s needs for the safe and effective use of medical devices.
