Study: Former prison inmates at risk for hospitalization

A study in JAMA Internal Medicine reports that former prison inmates have a higher risk for hospitalization than the general population. About 1 in 70 former inmates are hospitalized within 7 days of release, and the rate is 1 in 12 by 90 days. Read more.
