Ginkgo biloba may reduce cognitive decline after stroke

Ginkgo biloba extract plus aspirin, compared to aspirin alone, is associated with less cognitive decline after stroke and doesn’t increase the incidence of vascular events, according to a study in Stroke and Vascular Neurology.
