Throughout her career, Cindy has focused on fostering positive healthcare cultures and creating healthy work environments through effective staffing, communication, and accountability.

Danielle Giovanniello, MSN, RN, CNL

Danielle Giovanniello, MSN, RN, CNL, brings 18 years of progressive nursing leadership experience, most recently as Associate Chief Nursing Officer at Jefferson Lansdale Hospital. She has led major operational, quality, and workforce initiatives that improved patient outcomes, strengthened nurse engagement, and advanced shared governance. Currently completing her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree, Danielle is dedicated to developing resilient nurse leaders and implementing evidence-based strategies to support a strong nursing workforce.

Annmarie Chavarria, DNP, RN, is a nurse executive with 25+ years of leadership experience in academic medical centers and health systems. She holds a DNP, MSN, and BSN, and has presented nationally on nursing leadership, workforce innovation, and healthcare transformation.

Kathleen McDade, MSN, RN, has more than 40 years of nursing experience, including 20 years in leadership roles as nurse manager, nurse director, CNO, and a consultant. She has a passion for mentoring nurses and fostering strong, independent teams across the acute care setting. Outside of work, she volunteers with Safe Harbor, a children’s bereavement support group, and the Philadelphia chapter of the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network (PanCAN).
