I am trying to gain clear understanding of relationships between HCAHPS scores and reimbursement. Is the reimbursement 30% of 1% held for value based purchasing? What should those scores be? CMS benchmark scores?
The article in cms.gov is really nice and detailed. Loved Reading that, Do you guys have any suggestions regarding HCAHPS scores improvement techniques?
