I was reading a blog post about medicare refurbishment and needed some background check and ended up here. One thing is not clear in your post. Since when patient satisfaction factors into medicare refurbishment.
I am trying to gain clear understanding of relationships between HCAHPS scores and reimbursement. Is the reimbursement 30% of 1% held for value based purchasing? What should those scores be? CMS benchmark scores?
