Members of the Independent Scientific Committee on Drug in the UK ranked alcohol as the most harmful of a list of 20 drugs, followed by heroin and crack cocaine according to a study in The Lancet. Heroin, crack cocaine, and metamfetamine were the most harmful drugs to individuals, and alcohol, heroin, and crack cocaine were the most harmful to others. Read more here.
