Injury patterns in competitive college athletes identified

A study in the Journal of Athletic Training found that male competitive college athletes had a higher acute injury rate than their female counterparts, but female athletes had a higher rate of overuse injuries. Overuse injuries comprised about 29% of all injuries. Read more.
