January 2020 Vol. 15 No. 1

Share

This first issue of 2020 presents a few exciting changes. The first is a new name for the journal that puts the full focus on nurses: American Nurse Journal. You’ll also see some design changes to make the content even more reader-friendly. And, finally, you’ll notice that we’re kicking off the World Health Organization’s Year of the Nurse and Midwife. The goal at American Nurse Journal is to offer you content and information that allows you to provide the best care possible to your patients, take your career exactly where you want to go, and take care of yourself and your family. Articles in this issue include a CNE on neonatal abstinence syndrome; features on inpatient diabetes care and anticoagulation; and articles on level-loading patient assignments, behavioral emergency team support, patient satisfaction, and nurse fatigue.
